Attorney at Law

ClarkBIO02Clark Litten is an experienced Denver attorney, who has specialized in workers’ compensation cases for the last 20 years. Growing up in Colorado, Clark worked in many blue collar jobs, including laborer, assembly line worker, painter, hod carrier, landscaper, truck driver, forklift operator, janitor, and cook.

Those jobs enabled Clark to pay his way through college and law school. Becoming a workers’ compensation attorney was a natural decision for Clark so he could help people injured on the job. Because of his background, Clark is able to see cases through the eyes of the working men and women who he represents. Clark has handled everything from death and paralysis cases to extremity, arm and leg claims.

Clark also helps people with their Social Security Disability claims. These are extremely difficult and challenging cases because they involve people who are so sick, or injured that they cannot return to work in any capacity.

It is Clark’s job to help them get through the complicated requirements of the Social Security system so they can get the financial assistance they are entitled to.

Clark is very proud and feels very fortunate that he has been able to help people with their Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability cases and would consider it a privilege to represent you. He understands the needs and concerns of injured workers and is available to meet with clients after hours and outside the office when necessary.
Clark Litten is also a Colorado native, who has been married for the last 20 years, and has two teenagers that keep him very busy whenever he’s not at the office.
