Mr. Hughes provides legal support to Mr. Kaufman with all phases of case development including conducting interviews of new clients, performing initial investigations, interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence, legal research, and negotiating settlement agreements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.
